CA15 (UNS J91150) chemical composition
Basic 12Cr martensitic cast steel (cast AISI 410), hardened and tempered for moderate corrosion resistance combined with strength. Typical for valve trim, pump parts and steam-service components; less tough and less weldable than the low-carbon 13Cr-4Ni grades.

We cast CA15
Tsitouras Foundry supplies stainless steel sand castings – and centrifugal castings for bushings and sleeves – with the heat treatment each grade requires (solution annealing; quenching and tempering for martensitic grades), spectrometric chemical analysis, mechanical testing and NDT, EN 10204 3.1 certificates, and CNC machining to the finished part in the group's own machine shop.
- Sand casting at our foundry in Mandra, Attica; centrifugal casting for bushings, sleeves and liners
- Heat treatment at the foundry (water, oil or air quench); CNC machining in our machine shop in Perama
- Spectrometer analysis of every heat, mechanical testing and NDT
- EN 10204 3.1 inspection certificates; ISO 9001 (both plants) and ISO 14001 (foundry) certified
