GX120MnNi13-3 (1.3425) chemical composition
Nickel-alloyed manganese steel: Ni stabilises the austenite and improves toughness and ductility, reducing the risk of carbide embrittlement in heavy sections or after welding. Chosen for impact parts that are welded or repaired by welding.

We cast GX120MnNi13-3
We sand-cast manganese steel wear parts at our foundry in Mandra and solution-anneal and water-quench them in-house. Chemistry is checked on every heat by spectrometer, mechanical tests are carried out, and parts are supplied with EN 10204 3.1 inspection certificates. Machining, where required, is done in the group's own CNC machine shop.
- Sand casting at our foundry in Mandra, Attica; centrifugal casting for bushings, sleeves and liners
- Heat treatment at the foundry (water, oil or air quench); CNC machining in our machine shop in Perama
- Spectrometer analysis of every heat, mechanical testing and NDT
- EN 10204 3.1 inspection certificates; ISO 9001 (both plants) and ISO 14001 (foundry) certified
