GX120MnCr18-2 (1.3411) chemical composition
Combines the higher manganese level with a chromium addition: stable austenite for heavy sections plus higher yield strength and abrasion resistance. Typical for heavy-duty cone liners, jaws, blow bars and hammers under combined impact and abrasion.

We cast GX120MnCr18-2
We sand-cast manganese steel wear parts at our foundry in Mandra and solution-anneal and water-quench them in-house. Chemistry is checked on every heat by spectrometer, mechanical tests are carried out, and parts are supplied with EN 10204 3.1 inspection certificates. Machining, where required, is done in the group's own CNC machine shop.
- Sand casting at our foundry in Mandra, Attica; centrifugal casting for bushings, sleeves and liners
- Heat treatment at the foundry (water, oil or air quench); CNC machining in our machine shop in Perama
- Spectrometer analysis of every heat, mechanical testing and NDT
- EN 10204 3.1 inspection certificates; ISO 9001 (both plants) and ISO 14001 (foundry) certified
