EN-GJSA-XNiSiCr35-5-2 (5.3505) chemical composition
A spheroidal-graphite Ni-Resist (D-5S) with the highest nickel content of these grades. High nickel gives low thermal expansion and silicon gives oxidation resistance, so it holds up well under repeated heating and cooling. Typical parts are exhaust manifolds and turbocharger housings.

We cast EN-GJSA-XNiSiCr35-5-2
We sand cast Ni-Resist grades and machine them in the group's own CNC machine shop; every melt is checked by spectrometer, with EN 10204 3.1 certificates.
- Sand casting at our foundry in Mandra, Attica; centrifugal casting for bushings, sleeves and liners
- Heat treatment at the foundry (water, oil or air quench); CNC machining in our machine shop in Perama
- Spectrometer analysis of every heat, mechanical testing and NDT
- EN 10204 3.1 inspection certificates; ISO 9001 (both plants) and ISO 14001 (foundry) certified
