EN-GJLA-XNiCuCr15-6-2 (5.1500) chemical composition
The copper-bearing flake-graphite Ni-Resist (Type 1). Copper improves resistance to seawater and dilute acids, and the flake graphite makes it easy to cast and machine. Typical parts are pump casings, valve bodies and impellers where high ductility is not needed.

We cast EN-GJLA-XNiCuCr15-6-2
We sand cast Ni-Resist grades and machine them in the group's own CNC machine shop; every melt is checked by spectrometer, with EN 10204 3.1 certificates.
- Sand casting at our foundry in Mandra, Attica; centrifugal casting for bushings, sleeves and liners
- Heat treatment at the foundry (water, oil or air quench); CNC machining in our machine shop in Perama
- Spectrometer analysis of every heat, mechanical testing and NDT
- EN 10204 3.1 inspection certificates; ISO 9001 (both plants) and ISO 14001 (foundry) certified
