EN-GJSA-XNiCr20-2 (5.3500) chemical composition
The general-purpose spheroidal-graphite Ni-Resist (D-2). It is copper-free, and the spheroidal graphite makes it much tougher than the flake-graphite grades. Used for pump casings, impellers and valves in seawater and other corrosive or warm service.

We cast EN-GJSA-XNiCr20-2
We sand cast Ni-Resist grades and machine them in the group's own CNC machine shop; every melt is checked by spectrometer, with EN 10204 3.1 certificates.
- Sand casting at our foundry in Mandra, Attica; centrifugal casting for bushings, sleeves and liners
- Heat treatment at the foundry (water, oil or air quench); CNC machining in our machine shop in Perama
- Spectrometer analysis of every heat, mechanical testing and NDT
- EN 10204 3.1 inspection certificates; ISO 9001 (both plants) and ISO 14001 (foundry) certified
