EN-GJN-HB510 (5.5604) chemical composition
Ni-Hard 1 has the higher carbon range of the two low-chromium Ni-Hard grades. More carbides give the higher hardness and abrasion resistance of this pair, at the cost of toughness. Used for liners, pump parts and wear plates with little impact loading.

We cast EN-GJN-HB510
We cast Ni-Hard grades alongside our 15% and 25% chromium white irons for abrasion-resistant wear parts. Each melt is checked by spectrometer analysis, and EN 10204 3.1 certificates are available on request.
- Sand casting at our foundry in Mandra, Attica; centrifugal casting for bushings, sleeves and liners
- Heat treatment at the foundry (water, oil or air quench); CNC machining in our machine shop in Perama
- Spectrometer analysis of every heat, mechanical testing and NDT
- EN 10204 3.1 inspection certificates; ISO 9001 (both plants) and ISO 14001 (foundry) certified
