G-X300CrMo15-3 (0.9635) chemical composition
Chromium-molybdenum white iron from the withdrawn DIN 1695, still the reference mill grade: soft-annealed for machining where needed, then hardened and tempered. Used for mill hammers and beaters, grinding-mill liners and rotary wear parts under sliding abrasion with moderate impact.

We cast G-X300CrMo15-3
We sand cast high-chromium white iron wear parts for quarry and cement service, with GX300CrMo15-3 as our standard mill grade and further grades from 15 % to 27 % Cr, heat treat them in-house and machine them on CNC equipment in the group's own machine shop. Every melt is checked by spectrometer analysis, hardness is verified on our own tester, and EN 10204 3.1 certificates are available.
- Sand casting at our foundry in Mandra, Attica; centrifugal casting for bushings, sleeves and liners
- Heat treatment at the foundry (water, oil or air quench); CNC machining in our machine shop in Perama
- Spectrometer analysis of every heat, mechanical testing and NDT
- EN 10204 3.1 inspection certificates; ISO 9001 (both plants) and ISO 14001 (foundry) certified
