EN-GJL-200 (EN-JL1030) chemical composition
General-purpose grey iron balancing castability and strength, for housings, pulleys, flywheels and machine bases. Slightly lower carbon equivalent than GJL-150. Chemistry shown is typical; EN 1561 defines the grade by tensile strength only.

Basis of values: EN 1561 specifies mechanical properties, not chemistry. The values shown are typical foundry ranges; the chemistry is adjusted so the casting meets the requirements of the ordered grade.
We cast EN-GJL-200
We sand cast GJL grades such as EN-GJL-250 (GG-25) for pump impellers, pump casings and housings, check the chemistry on our spectrometer and machine the parts in the group's own CNC machine shop, with EN 10204 3.1 certificates on request.
- Sand casting at our foundry in Mandra, Attica; centrifugal casting for bushings, sleeves and liners
- Heat treatment at the foundry (water, oil or air quench); CNC machining in our machine shop in Perama
- Spectrometer analysis of every heat, mechanical testing and NDT
- EN 10204 3.1 inspection certificates; ISO 9001 (both plants) and ISO 14001 (foundry) certified
