CuNi30Fe1Mn1-C (CC381H) chemical composition
Cast 70/30 copper-nickel to EN 1982. The higher nickel extends sea-water resistance to higher flow velocities, and tight carbon, phosphorus and sulphur limits support sound castings; used for demanding pump, valve and piping components.

We cast CuNi30Fe1Mn1-C
We cast copper-nickel alloys for sea-water service and machine them in the group's own CNC machine shop, with spectrometer analysis and EN 10204 3.1 certificates.
- Sand casting at our foundry in Mandra, Attica; centrifugal casting for bushings, sleeves and liners
- Heat treatment at the foundry (water, oil or air quench); CNC machining in our machine shop in Perama
- Spectrometer analysis of every heat, mechanical testing and NDT
- EN 10204 3.1 inspection certificates; ISO 9001 (both plants) and ISO 14001 (foundry) certified
