Castings for marine and ship repair, cement plants and quarries, fertilizer plants, the chemical and oil industries, and for machine shops and fabricators. Pattern making, casting, heat treatment and CNC machining within one group, with EN 10204 3.1 certificates and a reply to every enquiry within 24 hours.
TSITOURAS FOUNDRY GROUP is two plants under one name: Tsitouras Bros Co., the foundry in Mandra, and Tsitouras Metallurgy S.A., the machine shop in the Schisto–Perama Industrial Park (VI.PA.S.). One order, one responsibility, from the pattern to the machined and certified part.
Super duplex and duplex stainless, Alloy 33, 1.4136, high-chromium irons and nickel-aluminium bronze: poured in Mandra, heat-treated and machined in-house, certified to EN 10204 3.1.
Since 1930, Tsitouras has been manufacturing industrial castings for demanding applications throughout Europe and the Middle East. Every project is engineered individually — combining traditional foundry expertise with modern casting simulation, CNC machining and strict quality control. Complete manufacturing within one group, from pattern to fully machined component.
Every enquiry receives a reply within 24 hours; a drawing or a sample is enough to start. From Mandra and Perama, next to the port of Piraeus, we ship finished parts across the Mediterranean, and when a vessel is waiting we can deliver within 24 hours: an urgent marine thrust ring in CuAl10FeNi5 aluminium bronze left Tsitouras Metallurgy within one day. No minimum order quantity.

Pump impellers and casings in INOX 316, duplex and super duplex stainless, RG12 bronze and GG25 grey iron. Pattern making, casting and CNC machining happen in our own shops, so one order covers the whole part; a recent batch of six impellers left together, fully machined. Dynamic balancing on request. Complex passages are cored with 3D-printed sand, and every heat is analysed on our Spectromaxx OES and certified to EN 10204 3.1.
Seawater pump casings and impellers in INOX 316, bronze bushings and liners, anchor-windlass chain wheels, thrust rings and propeller components in CuAl10FeNi5 aluminium bronze. Bureau Veritas Marine & Offshore recognition (NR320), a machine shop in Perama next to the Piraeus ship-repair zone, and 24-hour delivery when a vessel is waiting and the part allows it.

Four moments from the floor: the solidification study before the first pour, a mould half being set in place, a raw casting leaving the sand, and the heat-treatment furnace. Every stage is ours.

Complete wear-part programmes for crushers and mills — jaw plates, cones, hammers, liners and blades, each cast in the alloy the application actually demands.
From carbon steel to super duplex stainless and bronze, we cast the full range of industrial alloys — and we help you choose the right one before we quote.
Six demanding markets, one constant: unplanned downtime costs far more than the casting. We engineer for the application, hold our delivery dates and document every heat.
Jaw plates, blades, hammers, mill liners. Alloy matched to crushing stage and rock — manganese steel, high-chrome iron, martensitic grades.
Wear parts for fuel mills, heat-resistant castings, pump components and obsolete spare parts reproduced by reverse engineering.
904L, duplex and super duplex castings for acid service — pump casings, impellers and process components that survive corrosive media.
Heat-resistant grades — HK40, 50Cr-50Ni — plus stainless pump and valve components, with full material certification per heat.
Bronze propellers, bushings, pump components. BV Marine & Offshore Recognition for class-approved castings.
Certified rough or pre-machined castings supplied to machine shops and OEMs — your specification, our metallurgy, reliable repeat batches.
Chemical analysis, mechanical testing and NDT — performed in-house, documented for every certified order, and traceable from melt to delivery.
Consistent processes, full documentation and material traceability from melt to final inspection. Chemical analysis, mechanical testing and NDT on record for every certified order.
A casting order is the start of the relationship, not the end. Our sales and technical team stays with your part through its whole service life.
We ask about your application before we quote — crushing stage, rock type, media, temperature — and we recommend the alloy that fits, even when it is not the one you asked for.
Send us a worn or broken part. Spectrometric analysis, hardness testing and metallography identify the material and the failure mode before the next order.
A single replacement part or a controlled batch. Send a drawing or a sample and we quote it; the reply comes within 24 hours.
Obsolete part, no drawings? We digitize the geometry, reconstruct the CAD model and reproduce it — cast, heat-treated and machined.
Chemical certificate per heat, mechanical tests, NDT reports and heat treatment records — traceable from melt to delivery, on every certified order.
Patterns stay archived and controlled. Repeat orders reproduce the same chemistry, the same heat treatment and the same dimensions — batch after batch.
No minimum quantity, alloy advice included, delivery across the Mediterranean.
From a single casting to controlled batch production — no minimum quantity, material advice included, and delivery dates we keep.
PDF, STEP or DWG — or a sample. A single part or a series: cast, heat-treated and machined.
